With the large-scale construction of ground photovoltaic power stations, the flat available land is becoming less and less, and the cost is high. More and more photovoltaic brackets are built on hillsides or hilly areas with poor terrain, landform and geological conditions. Photovoltaic brackets are built on such uneven land, which often has higher requirements for photovoltaic brackets. Japan Kumamoto 140MW project


This product is used in many mountain projects of Baowei, a typical case is the 140MW photovoltaic power station project in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. The project is located in the area around Mount Aso volcano, with high mountains and uneven land, which brings many challenges to the design of photovoltaic power stations. Among them, the slope (east-west, north-south) in some areas is as high as 25°. In order to adapt to the difficulties brought by construction and installation on uneven land, the Baowei New Energy Technology Team adopts a mountain adjustable photovoltaic bracket system. The adaptive adjustment device of the bracket system can adjust the tilt angle of the keel, and the adjustment structure is stable, quick and convenient; it avoids a lot of tedious adjustment work of traditional brackets on uneven land.
