Baowei New Energy completes the China-Europe Tracker Project

Recently, Baowei New Energy completed a tracker project in central Europe. Due to the high latitude of central Europe, the project used Baowei's latest tracker products.PowerFit-PlusPowerFit-Plus is the third generation PowerFit advanced model, with good cost performance; it adopts flat single-axis drive, double vertical flat single-axis design tracking bracket, and occupies a small area, making the maximum use of site space. The patented design is highly pre-installed, easy and quick to install, and can adapt to bifacial battery components.

During the project design process, we encountered many difficulties: First, the soil structure of the power station site is relatively complex and the soil has a high water content. Second, the project site has snow and strong winds. Baowei recommended that customers use the down-the-hole pre-buried reinforced concrete foundation solution, so that the tracker of the project can still stand in such a harsh environment. In addition, the foundation pile adopts magnesium aluminum zinc coating technology, which can effectively resist contact with highly corrosive soil and effectively ensure the long-term stable operation of the power station.

The project uses Canadian Solar bifacial modules, which can generate electricity on both sides at the same time, 30% more power than traditional modules. Baowei uses white reflective film and white stones as the reflective medium of bifacial modules to increase the project's power generation. The inverter provided by Huawei has the advantages of 4G LTE wireless transmission, intelligent IV string diagnosis, and active protection of PID effect, which can increase the power generation of the power station by at least 3%. After analysis, the comprehensive power generation of this solution is up to 17% higher than the traditional solution of fixed bracket + single-sided modules! While solving the long-term stable operation of photovoltaic power stations, we can also create the greatest production benefits for investors.
