Recently, Baowei New Energy successfully secured a large-scale photovoltaic power station project in Japan, with a total installed capacity of 38MW. After being connected to the grid, it can reduce 45,600 tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year and meet the electricity needs of about 50,000 local households, injecting a shot in the arm to ensure local energy supply.

The project is located in a mountainous environment with a slope of 18.5 degrees, a wind speed of 32m/s, and a snow load of 33cm. In the early stage of the project, Baowei actively cooperated with the customer to conduct pull-out tests to determine the type of pile foundation. After many discussions, the static pressure pile foundation was finally adopted; and according to the soil characteristics of different sites, the pile foundation adopts different soil penetration depths. The upper bracket is made of magnesium-aluminum-zinc-plated material to enhance corrosion resistance.

As the space on site is extremely limited, in order to make full use of the site space, the Baowei technical team carried out customized designs for different sites. Finally, the overall bracket layout was determined to be an umbrella shape. This layout not only improves land utilization, but also fully considers local lighting conditions and improves power generation efficiency.

Since the project is located in the mountains, the land is uneven and the slope is high, which brings many challenges to the design of photovoltaic power stations; therefore, Baowei New Energy adopted a patented technology product - mountain adjustable photovoltaic bracket system. The system can adaptively adjust the device and adjust the tilt angle of the keel of the photovoltaic bracket; it allows construction workers to install the bracket as easily as on flat ground, greatly improving the speed of bracket installation. Moreover, the system uses C-shaped steel static pressure piles, which only requires small-scale installation equipment to enter the site, which is more suitable for mountain slope construction. Therefore, the system meets the needs of rapid installation of photovoltaic brackets in mountainous environments. In Japan, where human resources are expensive, this system can save a lot of labor costs for owners.

Baowei New Energy has taken root in the Japanese market and has been providing high-quality brackets for Japanese photovoltaic power stations for many years. At the same time, Baowei has also developed products that adapt to the local environment and market needs for the Japanese market, which have always been favored by owners. In the future, Baowei will continue to deepen its presence in the Japanese market, give full play to its project experience and product advantages, increase investment in product research and development, and make unremitting efforts to open up a broader photovoltaic market.
