Construction

Installation Tips
1、Wooden board walking path is recommended
2、Location of the purline needs to be marked
3、Wear soft insulant shoes to protect the roof;
4、Proper sealing after installation is suggested

Installations
1. Locate the purlin and place a mounting clamp on the roof, mark the drilling points.
2. Pre-drill the holes into roof and purlin by hand drill. Make sure that such locations are not performed in the water-bearing valleys of the sheet metal, but rather on the top areas of the plate profile.
3. Clean off any saw dust, and fill the hole with Sealant.
4. Install a T clamp with EPDM gasket and silicone sealant between the roof and clamp.
5. Fasten the mounting clamp onto the roof with self-tapping screws penetrating purlin.
6. Silicone sealant on top and around the clamp.
7. Mount the aluminum rail to the clamp with bolts and nuts.
8. Mount the module to the rail with mid clamps and side clamps.
