Powerway Solar Tracker and Ground Screw

        Conventional cement foundations are time-consuming to install and there is risk of environmental damage to nearby water sources. To solve this problem, Powerway has created a ground screw that is well suited to the solar tracking system foundation. We have found that theΦ76mm、Φ90mm、Φ114mm ground screw are best for this connection.

        To ensure system safety, we have to change the length of the typical ground screw. For example, in the northwest of Mainland China there is a tundra area where spring melting of frost can weaken the pile structure's stability. Under these conditions, we need a longer ground screw from 1800mm to 2300mm.

       In order to connect with olderstyle solar tracker designs, and satisfy weight requirements, Powerway has also developed a system that utilizes adjustable plate metal and ground screws. This innovation saves engineering time and manufacturing costs.
