Sales Engineer
About the Role:
As a Sales Engineer at Powerway, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and implementing renewable energy solutions for our clients. You will lead sales efforts, conduct market research, and foster strong customer relationships. The role involves frequent travel to customer sites and industry events.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Analyze international markets to identify trends and develop sales strategies.
2. Sales Operations: Drive product sales, build customer relationships, and meet sales targets.
3. Business Development: Attend exhibitions and trade shows to expand market presence and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Structural Engineer
About the Role:
As a Structural Engineer at Powerway, you will ensure the structural safety and performance of photovoltaic systems. Your key responsibilities include structural analysis, quality control, and providing technical support throughout project development. You'll collaborate on product optimization and help improve design standards while addressing technical inquiries.
Responsibilities:
1.Structural Analysis
● Assess structural safety based on project conditions and designs.
● Prepare structural and foundation calculation documents.
● Contribute to project quality control and documentation.
● Help develop and implement design standards.
● Provide technical guidance for project surveying, testing, and construction.
● Analyze quality anomalies in projects.
2.Post-Design Review
● Participate in post-design reviews for key projects.
● Summarize issues and solutions, and share insights internally.
3.Product Optimization Support
● Offer suggestions for bracket product optimization and improvements.
4.Technical Support
● Address technical inquiries from the business team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Design, or related fields.
2. Proficient in AutoCAD and structural analysis software (e.g., Sap2000, PKPM).
3. Familiar with steel structure design standards and load codes.

Machine Operator (On-site)
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee commissioning, process improvement, maintenance, and repair of roll forming and stamping equipment.
2. Conduct daily and initial commissioning, ensuring products meet customer specifications.
3. Manage product model changes, minimizing downtime and ensuring quick, accurate adjustments.
4. Resolve product abnormalities during production.
5. Provide technical training for roll forming operators.
6. Prepare technical documents and manage 5S at the equipment site.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience with metal forming equipment.
2. Strong knowledge of roll forming processes.
3. Proven experience in on-site adjustments and troubleshooting.
