Baowei New Energy Photovoltaic Tracker PowerFit obtained TÜV Rheinland certification

On July 22, TÜV Rheinland officially issued the IEC 62817 certification to Guangdong Powerway New Energy Co., Ltd.'s flat single-axis smart photovoltaic tracker PowerFit. Mr. Chen Rongfeng, manager of Powerway New Energy's smart product department, and Mr. Li Jingyun, deputy general manager of TÜV Rheinland's product service department, and other representatives from both parties attended the ceremony. Test items

TÜV Rheinland provides safety and quality certification for products in major global markets. The standard for flat single-axis solar trackers is IEC 62817 (Photovoltaic Systems - Design Qualification Of Solar Trackers), which is recognized as the most comprehensive and authoritative evaluation of solar trackers as a comprehensive design and acceptance standard for solar trackers. The standard is committed to ensuring that photovoltaic trackers meet customer requirements and actual conditions in terms of durability, flexibility and performance.

The test items include tracking system functional test, drive accelerated cycle test, drive accelerated aging test (dust and water resistance test, temperature cycle test, humidity cycle test, high and low temperature start-up test, low temperature storage test, etc.), salt spray test, UV test, deformation test under static load, torsion resistance, mechanical slip, mechanical slip and recoil test, control box IP level test, control box transportation vibration and impact test, control box temperature cycle, humidity cycle, high temperature and high humidity test, etc. PowerFit passed all the tests smoothly.
