Baowei New Energy recently won a 63MW ground fixed support project in Luzon Island, Philippines. The project is located in a high wind speed area with a designed wind speed of 250KP. The terrain is high in the north and low in the south, with a slope of 20%. It also belongs to the C4 corrosion environment area. In view of this, we provide customers with all-steel magnesium-aluminum-zinc-plated, because it has better corrosion resistance and reduces subsequent maintenance costs. It adopts 4P14 arrangement, the component specifications are 400Wp and 405Wp, and a small-blade spiral pile foundation is selected to ensure installation flexibility and better adapt to the 20% slope on site.

In addition, in the pull-out test of this project, Baowei provided technical guidance and a complete set of pull-out test equipment. In areas with harder soil, we provided a down-the-hole piling solution and completed the pull-out test under the guidance of the technical team.

Baowei New Energy is deeply involved in the Philippine market. In addition to the 63MW project, Baowei still has another 120MW ground project under construction, and both projects are expected to be connected to the grid before the end of 2020. So far, Baowei has delivered more than 450MW of projects in the Philippines and has become the company with the largest market share of photovoltaic brackets in the Philippines.
