PowerFit-Blade is a new generation of single-axis multi-point drive intelligent photovoltaic tracker, which adopts three-turn drive, can reduce the risk of main shaft distortion, and can improve wind resistance by 20% compared with the previous generation of products. In recent years, with the successive grid connection of photovoltaic tracker power stations, the increased revenue brought by smart photovoltaic trackers compared to fixed brackets has attracted many owners. The current stability problem of trackers in high wind speed areas has caused a lot of trouble for customers and the industry. As the main product of Baowei New Energy, compared with ordinary galvanized brackets, magnesium aluminum zinc plated bracket series has the advantages of corrosion resistance, damage resistance and self-healing of incisions.Recently, Baowei New Energy signed a contract to supply support for the 115MW photovoltaic power station project in the PhilippinesAccording to the agreement, the project is jointly invested and developed by Japanese and Philippine EPC owners.The project is located in a salt-damaged area with C4 atmospheric corrosion and high wind speed of 270km/h at the seaside. The soil is not only very soft but also seriously corroded. In view of this environmental characteristic, Baowei uses a C-shaped steel fixed bracket with a magnesium-aluminum-zinc double-column structure and large-blade spiral piles as the foundation solution to ensure the smooth operation of the power station.



The 130MW project of Baowei New Energy in Chile, South America is also in full swing. This project uses Baowei's PowerFit intelligent photovoltaic self-powered tracker system, which greatly saves cable and construction costs and adapts to the local steep slope and high wind speed environment.
