From September 25 to October 18, in less than a month, Baowei New Energy participated in three exhibitions. The three exhibitions were Solar Power EXPO 2019 in Vietnam, IGEM2019 in Malaysia, and Taiwan International Smart Energy Week. In the first half of 2019, Baowei has participated in exhibitions in Japan, Germany, Vietnam, etc., which is of great significance to Baowei New Energy in deepening its global strategic layout.

Vietnam Solar Power EXPO 2019

As one of the fastest growing economies in Southeast Asia, Vietnam's GDP grew by 7% in 2018, making it the hottest solar investment destination in the Asia-Pacific region. After the first round of feed-in tariff subsidy mechanism came into effect, Vietnam's total installed solar capacity has exceeded 3GW so far, and the installed capacity is growing by 1GW every year. From September 25 to 26, Baowei New Energy appeared at Solar Power EXPO 2019 in Vietnam. In response to the needs of the Vietnamese market, Baowei also brought new magnesium-aluminum-zinc-plated brackets to the exhibition. This product can ensure the long-term stable operation of photovoltaic power stations in strong winds and corrosive environments along the coast, and it has a high degree of pre-installation, shortening installation time and saving customer costs. This year, Baowei completed a 250MW project in Vietnam, with the highlight of local large-scale project experience, which attracted many visitors to stop.

Malaysia IGEM2019

From October 9 to 11, the Malaysian Green Energy Exhibition (IGEM2019) was held in the capital Kuala Lumpur. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the exhibition. Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad also attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Mahathir said that Malaysia is a long-term supporter of balancing environmental protection, technological innovation and economic prosperity. In order to promote the development of green energy, it announced the introduction of green tariffs to enable Malaysians to choose more green energy. By 2025, the proportion of renewable energy in Malaysia will increase to 20%. Baowei New Energy has always attached great importance to the Malaysian market. So far, Baowei New Energy has an installed capacity of 500MW of photovoltaic power stations in Malaysia. Baowei has rich project experience in Malaysia and tailors professional and efficient bracket system solutions for customers on site. At this exhibition, Baowei New Energy brought its latest single-axis tracker PowerFit to the exhibition, demonstrating Baowei New Energy's technical research and development strength and announcing the development of the tracker market in Malaysia.
