As part of Powerway’s global product operation and maintenance (O&M) training initiative, we successfully conducted a two-day electrical O&M program in Chile from Nov. 17–18. The session brought together several well-established local owners and EPC companies, further strengthening the industry collaboration that supports Chile’s rapidly expanding solar market.

Chile has long been one of Powerway’s most important regions in Latin America. To date, we have participated in dozens of PMGD projects, with a total installed capacity exceeding 1.3 GW. This training program was designed to support the long-term stability and performance of these systems by enhancing partners’ familiarity with Powerway’s equipment and operational standards.
Through structured, hands-on instruction, participants strengthened their capabilities in:
- Daily inspection routines and maintenance best practices
- Efficient troubleshooting and fault resolution
- Practical repair and servicing of key electrical components

Participants provided exceptionally positive feedback, noting strong confidence in Powerway’s local team and high satisfaction with the training quality. Many have also expressed interest in our next phase of on-site practical training, which will take place directly at selected project sites.
This program reflects Powerway’s commitment to enabling local technical excellence, supporting sustainable solar growth, and building long-term operational resilience in markets around the world.
Our global O&M training journey continues—next stop: Italy.
